My experience as a landlord has been that the staff at Sawyers work hard to make my life as easy as possible by staying on top of everything that needs to be done and that they also do their best to make sure that when repairs or maintenance are needed they're done quickly, to minimize inconvenience to the tenants. The Marketing Department produced a fantastic brochure to market the flat when it became vacant and there's never been more than a few weeks between tenancies.

Sawyer&Co are a great letting agent with lovely staff, they all work very hard in helping you and giving the best they can, when you need it. my property manager Jess Fowler is one of the best i have had as a landlord, she is excellant, she carrys out her job in a very competent and professional manner, you never have to ask her twice or chase her for anything, she knows her job and is at the top of what she is doing, she has never let me down in anyway at all and is always there and everything is done, like a magic fairy. I could not ask for better.

Clear, fair realistic valuation with no over pricing of the property just to get the job, excellent photographs not distorting the size of rooms! Professional viewings handled well with feedback. Once we had an offer, we had a personal sales progressor who kept us informed of all stages of the sale throughout the chain and communicated with us and our solicitor regularly and always answered the phone if we needed to speak to her! We were happy with the sale price we achieved, the communication and the professionalism of everyone we dealt with at Sawyer and Co.

Daisy, Kelly, Jackie, Kirsten and Bob were all brilliant during the property purchase process and kept nudging it along when things slowed down, remained patient but never lost sight and stayed encouraging when I was losing the will. After the purchase Daisy and Kelly have continued to support with my questions and concerns around those things that you find out only when you get the keys. We dealt with James and Bob, from the Hove office, for the majority of our purchase who were both very helpful and always responded to our queries quickly. We also dealt with Kieran whilst James was away, who was exceptional. We had an issue with the seller’s solicitors which we came to him with on Friday afternoon and he got back to us with an answer on Monday morning.
