Was very impressed with the service from Jake Wood of Curchods; frequency / method of contact, selection of properties and style of viewings were all excellent.

In the face a difficult market, Jake did a great job with our sale. He was always courteous and polite, and was always responsive to emails and calls. Jake and his colleagues are all very helpful and knowledgeable, and certainly went above and beyond for us.

We decided to market our house both for sale and to rent due to moving abroad. Having tried with another agency locally first, we came to Curchods and felt very reassured from the beginning with the professional advice and process. The big one for us was communication about viewings and feedback, which was very prompt and useful. We successfully let our house to a high-calibre tenant and would highly recommend Curchods both on the sales and lettings side.

I couldn't have been more impressed with Jake. From the viewing on a Friday evening which made him late for a night out with his mates, to keeping me informed throughout the process. Constantly available, even on his holiday. He is clearly and all round top guy, really easy get on with and very knowledgeable. As a Director at a well known estate agency in London myself, I'd like to say I'm a good judge...I haven't seen many better than this guy. One to watch.

This is an excellent agency, and I would use them again without hesitation. The manager Warren Fraser runs a very tight ship and every member of staff has treated me with the utmost attention and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them unreservedly to others. They make an inevitably worrying and challenging time that little bit easier. Their lengthy experience and the fact that the negotiators all seem to have been there for many years is very reassuring. You will be in safe hands.
