I've just completed a sale through the Croxley office and would like to say that it's been a very smooth and trouble-free process. I've been particularly impressed with the level of professionalism and communication. From the start, the information and advice they gave me was unbiased and always in my best interests. They gave me realistic valuation and timescale information and were knowledgeable about the local area and current market conditions. The regular update discussions were helpful and re-assuring. A very friendly and professional team. (They also make a good cup of tea).

When we did find a house throughout the home buying process he was in constant communication with us and kept us updated. I would definitely recommend them.

Last year the money they donated helped towards much needed playground resurfacing and this year will help buy Sports and Science Equipment which will be enjoyed by children at Sandfield for many years to come. I suspect most people know of Curchods long standing reputation and their expertise in the local property market. What people may not know however is their impressive record of support for local community groups, sports clubs, schools and other social activities. As Chair of Walton-on-Thames Cricket Club and Walton-on-Thames Beer, Wine & Live Music Festival I am extremely impressed by their willingness to invest in the local community and play their part in helping to make Walton a better place to live.
