Tamar was one of the worst agents I have dealt with. Talked down at us and was with attitude. I have asked to remind us when the property was available she told me to look again at rightmove, as she can't remember as was too busy with other properties. Came to show property unprepaired, why to bother when there is such high demand for rental properties, will be taken anyway

Absolutely appalled by the service from JW Wood Bishop Auckland. One member of staff came across extremely rude, arrogant and completely dismissive when genuine concerns were raised. I was refused the opportunity to even speak to the manager and was told he “wouldn’t waste his time” talking to me, which says everything about the level of professionalism within this branch. Customer service seems to be the last thing they care about. A very unpleasant experience from start to finish and certainly not how clients should be treated. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before dealing with them.

​Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ​I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ​To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ​I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Made a deal with Khilan which he accepted. He then made a 'eweturn' on the agreement and reneged on his deal. Not a person or man of his word. Also has incredibly oversized feet for his height and stole a staff members lunch (delicious Pizza) from our premises. Do not trust this person.

Writing this so new tenants are aware! Lived here the past year, at first they were great and reliable. We’ve been complaining about damp since about October, and they just haven’t done anything about it. Don’t ever leave bad reviews but we’ve been complaining for a while, and just get told something will get done, and it hasn’t. Unfortunately one of the worst one agencies i’ve been with.

Very negative. It seems this Agent is only working for the Landlord and not the Tennant. Very unprofessional.

The sales team are dishonest and there is definitely something suspicious about their conduct, raised a complaint based on their actions as they were acting suspiciously. First offer accepted and then 20 mins later stating offer no longer accepted without any grounds. Clearly trying to boost their commission. Property ombudsman should investigate the sale teams in bishops Stortford Russel properties

Was excellent, but now navigate using Waze is pro (paid) version, usefulness signifcantly reduced unless you pay, such a shame.

Sadly, we were with Redbrick for over five years as landlords, and the longer we stayed, the more the errors and disappointments grew. This was our only home — we had moved country and left it in their hands. Tenants could leave the house in almost any state; every repair, breakage, fault or delay was at our expense, and if we didn't chase things they just drifted, unfinished and costly. We should have moved agencies, but being so far away made it complicated. If you are a tenant, I imagine they are very supportive; if you are a landlord, I cannot recommend them.
