I found the service provided to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Both Andy and Ryan were very quick to respond to my enquiries. They were understanding and helpful in resolving issues and never became dismissive or impatient when I or my solicitor raised concerns which is in contrast to some of my experiences with other estate agents for previous purchases. Instead they helped to resolve everything to both the buyers and sellers satisfaction which I think worked out best for both the sellers and me and made the whole experience much pleasanter/less stressful.

We cannot recommend Andy and the team at James Neave enough. If you are looking for an agent to help you either lease or sell your property know you will be in exceptionally good hands.
