They have been responsive to any breakdown of items in the home and the call outs for engineers were fast. I have had items replaced where necessary and they have been a fantastic negotiators with the landlady. As a tenant I was treated fairly and listened to. The service provided was personable and after a bereavement I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a wonderful message. I would highly recommend renting or purchasing through James Neave.

Andy was professional, very responsive at all times especially when things were moving quickly and extremely honest and helpful. He gave us good advice from getting the house ready for market to choosing the right lawyer when it came to conveyancing. When we hit a bit of difficulty he was quickly able to give us well thought through and measured opinions and direction on what to do next. The whole team were very personable and hard working. Having completed our house buying journey we looked back and decided that Andy and the James Neave team were a hugely positive and important part and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest Estate Agents.
