Placed my house on the market with Goodchilds Estate Agents. The sale was challenging at points in time and the team at Goodchilds (Cameron Weston leading the sale) navigated the sale to ensure appropriate value was achieved. I guess there is cheaper our there but I am not convinced that cheaper would have delivered such a positive result. I am pleased with the sale process and Communication throughout and would highly recommend Goodchilds Estate Agents to anyone who wants a professional and quality service.

Can I just say the ladies I spoke with, Stacey, Katie and Tracey were the loveliest ever!. They were so down to earth and welcoming, everytime I spoke to them on the phone they were so kind and nothing was ever too much. As a first time buyer it can be daunting but my experience with this company made it 100% easier. I would recommend to everyone. And we had the best little gift box, made my day. When we collected the key today all the staff I encountered were very friendly and it was great to share this experience with them. Thank you all.

Me and my Husband were renting through Goodchilds for the last 7 years and have never had any issues whatsoever.
