We used goodchilds to sell our home. They were fantastic from beginning to end. Whenever people enquired about our home they were quick to respond and get them booked in. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Always answered the phone and ready to help. Even helped with chasing solicitors to ensure the sale went through. I especially want to say thankyou to Steve who initially gave me confidence that goodchilds would sell our home quickly, and did. Beautiful property, first time renting and they made it fair; first come, first serve and provided excellent customer service all the way through; looking forward to moving in. Sophie was very helpful and quick to respond to queries effectively and was understanding of the many questions we had.

Fantastic service from start to end. Offer excepted within 3 weeks of going to market and 2 months for completion. Phone always answered and updates given via email or phone call whenever there was movement on the sale. Fantastic, Friendly and Supportive all the way through :-)
