When we decided to sell our house, having never been through it before, We had the preconception estate agents were all the same and not to be trusted. In House are nothing like that! We can not recommend them enough and would never consider using another agent if we decide to move again! Jamie and Luke were just fantastic and not only sold our house in just over a week when other houses for sale via other agents around us were stagnating, but they guided us through every step of the process and truly it felt like they cared! On top of that, whoever We recommended to them, found them self with a sold property within days and found themselves equally as impressed as we have been. Cannot fault our experience with In House. We are first time buyers and had heard so many horror stories about terrible estate agents but Ryan has been great. Friendly, informative, always answered our silly questions and always answered them promptly! Fingers crossed we wont be buying again for a while but if/when we do Id use these guys in a heartbeat.
