First class service, well informed and connected staff, all in the office knew what was going on, so no misinformation. Good advice and sale achieved, what more could one ask? were i to ever move again I would use them, but I do plan on moving ever, however i would happily recommend them as a great estate agents.

we were well pleased with the service and support we received from In-House. It did not matter who answered the phone, the whole team knew what was going on and were able to keep us updated. They provided a first class service, and although I have no intention of moving again, i would recommend In-House to anyone, in fact I have already recommended them to my in-laws.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Dawn and In House regarding the letting of our rental property. We previously managed it ourselves but decided to let In House take over as they promised 'hassle-free letting'! We were kept up to date with every step of the process.The photos and spec details were excellent and the checking and selecting of the new tenants was meticulous. Everything went very smoothly. Ryan was our main man and was the ultimate blend of professionalism, efficiency and caring. He co-ordinated everything perfectly; chased solicitors, negotiated on our behalf for our new apartment (to our finanacial advantage), and helped out with a removal company when ours could not meet the completion date. He even came round in person late on a Friday when he couldn't get through on the phone and wanted to make sure we had the offer. for the weekend. Ryan frequently got involved beyond his responsibilties to make sure things happened. The whole team though were great and nothing was too much trouble.

Dawn is not only a lovely friendly person but she is so helpful and we have great confidence in her when It come to looking after our rental property.

We bought our house recently through In House and they were brilliant. Phil was our main point of contact and he couldn’t have been more helpful. When things were getting tricky and tiresome he remained positive and went out of his way to sort things out that were not even his responsibility. Hopefully we won’t be moving again for a long time but if we did I would definitely use in house.thank you.
