Ryan was our main man and was the ultimate blend of professionalism, efficiency and caring. He co-ordinated everything perfectly; chased solicitors, negotiated on our behalf for our new apartment (to our finanacial advantage), and helped out with a removal company when ours could not meet the completion date. He even came round in person late on a Friday when he couldn't get through on the phone and wanted to make sure we had the offer. for the weekend. Ryan frequently got involved beyond his responsibilties to make sure things happened. The whole team though were great and nothing was too much trouble.

We bought our house recently through In House and they were brilliant. Phil was our main point of contact and he couldn’t have been more helpful. When things were getting tricky and tiresome he remained positive and went out of his way to sort things out that were not even his responsibility.
