Having used In House to sell our property I would highly recommend them to family & friends. The agents we had the most contact with were Ryan & Mike at the Wallingford office and they were really helpful, honest, patient & reliable. i would also recommend using the solicitor that Ryan suggested for the conveyancing, he was always quick to reply to our queries and works outside of usual office hours. He met with us on a Saturday at the Wallingford office to go through paperwork..

An authentic and positive team

The In House team felt very much like a team and everyone we dealt with was consistently friendly, authentic and reliable with our best interests at heart. This was exemplified when we popped into the office shortly before we completed and had a genuine and spontaneous welcome from Ryan (and Cat) who had spoken to us but not met us before.. Throughout the process Mike was 100% reliable, If he said he was going to do something I knew that he would.
