We would like to complement the team on how efficient they were in finding us a buyer but most importantly how they found us the house that met ALL our criteria. I would like to take this opportunity to thank InHouse and specifically Ryan and Mike for their hard work in completing the sale of my apartment in Wallingford. I had some difficulty’s with the initial solicitors and if it wasn’t for those two I would certainly be purchasing some hair dye! I’m sure Ryan is missing me calling EVERY day! What the experience taught me is how important it is to have a good estate agent and a good team backing you up. I couldn’t recommend these guys more! We were recommended to use Inhouse by a couple of friends and weren't disappointed. Phil told me that the house would sell in 6-8 weeks and we had a confirmed offer in 7! During these 7 weeks the team of Conor, Phil and Jamie worked with us over the timing of the viewings, gave us prompt feedback and handled my constant questions. The stage between offer being accepted and exchange has been a long one but Jamie has been exemplary in his dealings with us, keeping us up to date on a weekly basis, and when he wasn't there Conor and Phil always knew what was going on and were able to update us, evidence of their strong working relationships that have the customer at the centre. The office being so well situated in the Orchard Centre meant that we could always pop in when we were in town, and we were always made welcome by whoever was in that day. Thank you guys for making this whole experience such a good one!

We used In House to sell our flat recently. Dealing with Ryan, Mike and everyone else was easy, they were always available or if not, would call back if requested. The buyers mortgage company was a little awkward with a few things which caused stress when selling a property but everyone at In House would keep us up to date with everything that happened and would chase things up for us without needing to be asked. We had a deadline which we wanted to work towards, Mike and Ryan were always pushing for this with buyers and solicitors and because of their persistence, we completed before our deadline. Excellent service and would highly recommend them!

These guys are a breath of fresh air to deal with, no pretentious nonsense and dishonesty that we experienced from so many other agents. Fantastic service

Forget all the horror stories about Estate Agents - I couldn't have asked for more from the Wallingford Inhouse team.. I found them to be efficient, really friendly, and their communication with me was fantastic.. They made the whole process far less stressful than I had ever anticipated.. They managed to sell my house within a week of it being put on the market, and above asking price. Highly recommended..
