Phil, Jamie and Luke all helped along the way, with Phil getting us over the line after a somewhat stressful and drawn out push to exchange. They had on many occasions gone above and beyond to help keep the sale on track, of which we are so very grateful. One thing I didn't appreciate as someone who hasn't gone through this before is that it is way more stressful than people say - that's not to do with In House though, it's just the nature of the beast. Hi Guys! Wanted to leave a testimonial and show appreciation. Recently sold our beautiful cottage under the careful, professional and friendly guidance of Inhouse Estate Agents. Communication has been excellent throughout; we would receive useful feedback following every viewing. Adam or Ryan would call us every week with an update and talk through the popularity of our house online this was excellerated as Inhouse often made our house a ‘featured property’ on RightMove. Adam also made himself available to call or text outside of normal working hours. Always happy to help! Inhouse provided a professional service that made the process really stress-free and actually enjoyable. We had hiccups, as some house sales do, but without Adam, Steve, Ryan and Kat to guide and support us I don’t think we would have successfully moved at all! We’re now in our dream home and The Inhouse Team we instrumental in making that happen! Steve is going above and beyond and is even coming to our new house to give us some ideas on how to add value from the view of an estate agent! Cannot fault our experience with In House. We are first time buyers and had heard so many horror stories about terrible estate agents but Ryan has been great. Friendly, informative, always answered our silly questions and always answered them promptly! Fingers crossed we wont be buying again for a while but if/when we do Id use these guys in a heartbeat.
