I would highly recommend Balgores Estate Agents of Upminster, Essex to anyone. I have just completed the purchase of my new home through them. My dealings were mostly with Louise who always went out of her way to keep me informed and in the loop. Both she, and her manager Richard, went beyond the call of duty to bring about the completion of my new home. They were both prepared to think outside the box and put me as their client first. During such a stressful time it really was much appreciated. This is not the first time that I have dealt with this team and I can honestly say that all members are professional, caring and really supportive.

Ricky from the Upminster branch showed us around the property we eventually bought. We had found a few houses that were on with Balgores and Ricky showed us around. When he went on leave, all issues and queries were dealt with quickly by his colleague. It was a quick and painless process with both parties being chain free. Ricky put us in touch with Peter the internal mortgage provider. We already had a mortgage deal with our own advisor but Peter matched it and was only going to charge us if he was able to find us a better rate. Peter was very knowledgeable of the market and had some great tools at his disposal to explore the mortgage market.
