This was our fist experience working with a letting agency in England, and Kings Estates was wonderful. Elizabeth and Melissa dealt with my many question and responded quickly to everything pertaining our move. This was no simple task as we moved from the US during lockdown. I must have called at least 50 letting agencies that first week I was here. I am so thankful to Elizabeth at Kings Estate. She was kind enough to take the time to explain how the letting process works and what extra paperwork would be needed ( since we are not British citizens) to me.
