We are very pleased with the service we have received from Alan de Maid and would certainly recommend the agency without hesitation. Special thanks go to James and to Mia and recently Philippa. They have done everything possible to help us secure a sale and purchase - and at last we shall be moving in a few days!

Acted efficiently when we purchased a property through them. I was impressed by the professional manner in which they monitored and chased the transaction once it was agreed.

My wife and I have just completed on a house purchase in Tunbridge Wells (13/06/2024) and all of our dealings have been with Leya Wells. I cannot speak more highly of Leya —she was/ is truly excellent —her comms and super fast responses to all of my emails / queries was excellent and she always provided reassurance during what was a stressful time because of being in a chain. Leya kept me updated throughout and she is a real asset to Kings Estates—thank you so much Leya !
