My wife's house in Trumpington, Cambridge has been let and managed by Cooke Curtis for some 5 years including a recent change of tenant. The lettings team's advice, service and responsiveness has been first class throughout. Having spent 16 years as MD of a major commercial property management company, I know good service when I see it. Residential managing agents do not always have the best of reputations but Cooke Curtis completely defy that generalisation: service from their Lettings Team has been excellent throughout so we do not have to worry about the house or the tenants.
