His first impression was well above the other agencies we vetted- bringing research of the area and a personal touch to the process; of particular interest, how our property would show up in the online space was very reassuring- we got I think 6 offers within a week and a half of listing. Communication was great throughout, with him personally checking in on us in a whatsapp group. The end of the sale was very stressful and he helped us get over the line when we thought it might fall apart.
