Darcey helped us in renting our first property and she was helpful, efficient and very reliable. My wife's house in Trumpington, Cambridge has been let and managed by Cooke Curtis for some 5 years including a recent change of tenant. The lettings team's advice, service and responsiveness has been first class throughout. Having spent 16 years as MD of a major commercial property management company, I know good service when I see it. Residential managing agents do not always have the best of reputations but Cooke Curtis completely defy that generalisation: service from their Lettings Team has been excellent throughout so we do not have to worry about the house or the tenants.

He was very attentive and their platform was clearly better than the other estate agents we initially met with.
