Not only are they responsive, friendly, and reasonable; they’d go the extra mile in ensuring tenant’s needs are well taken care of. Elina handled my case and is sincere and helpful throughout the process. Knowing that I was traveling, she kept me well-informed timely and made the entire experience seamless. I also dealt with Andrew and Kirsty who are managing the property, and both are prompt in attending to the issues and queries raised. They are the firsts I’ve come across who followed up on my queries until they’re closed, even though the query is not a maintenance issue but about how to set up something inside the property.
