One of their Directors, Ian, came to value the property and talked me through everything clearly. He had it on the market very quickly and the set-up process was incredibly smooth. Viewings were handled brilliantly and clustered across weekends to minimise disruption, and offers came in straight away. I was kept fully updated with feedback and offers by phone, with clear email confirmations too from Mitchell and Lauren with Mark advising through the offers. From accepting the offer through to exchange and completion, I felt completely reassured in the capable hands of Remi, who managed the entire process with professionalism and fairness - staying in touch just when needed, without being intrusive.
