Viewings were handled brilliantly and clustered across weekends to minimise disruption, and offers came in straight away. I was kept fully updated with feedback and offers by phone, with clear email confirmations too from Mitchell and Lauren with Mark advising through the offers. From accepting the offer through to exchange and completion, I felt completely reassured in the capable hands of Remi, who managed the entire process with professionalism and fairness - staying in touch just when needed, without being intrusive. From the first time I met Julia it was apparent that CCC differed from other estate agents. Julia was better prepared for our initial meeting and knew the local area incredibly well. We discussed sale strategies and Julia explained the pro's & cons clearly without being pushy. We took Julia's advice on strategy and it proved to be the right way to go. CCC took care of the bookings which ran smoothly and I don't know how they did this, but the viewings ran one after the other in blocks, very efficient. We had an asking price offer on day 1! CCC managed the offers coming through and treated buyers with respect, and they helped advise us on the best buyer for our situation. CCC had a dedicated person to chase our sale in, to prevent the process stalling. It was invaluable having one point of contact. Julia & CCC were transparent and ethical in all their dealings and they treated all parties with respect.
