From day one Mark Abbott helped us price and stage our family's sale competitively which led to us achieving above listing price. His first impression was well above the other agencies we vetted- bringing research of the area and a personal touch to the process; of particular interest, how our property would show up in the online space was very reassuring- we got I think 6 offers within a week and a half of listing.
