Tenant. Two years ago Cooke Curtis took over management of property, that I have been renting since 2021, from Tucker Gardner. Much better experience with new flat management agency, the two repairs that have been required were instigated quickly, adeptly and with no fuss. Inspections, every 3-6 months, are organised around my schedule which is always appreciated and most recent one with Mollie was done and dusted efficiently. No complaints whatsoever and one of the best experiences I have had renting over several decades all over the world.
