Elina from the Lettings department has been efficient and honest about letting our property. We were told about upfront costs, procedure and status of the market, and she has responded to all our requests and our questions. Every email or telephone call has been followed up even if it was received by another colleague. We have felt confident about letting the property with Cooke Curtis as they have always taken care of any issues that have arisen. Always professional, neither pushy nor distracted.

Cooke Curtis & Co have been outstanding in our recent sale of our property. Mark Abbott specifically was so helpful and professional, we felt he really cared about the process and getting us to completion. Mark always kept us up to date and got back to us quickly, he helped when dealing with the solicitors at every step, he expalined the process and showed really expertise. Mark really went the extra mile and his customer service was impeccable such a lovely, genuine person. Mark made the experience so much better with his manner and reassurance us when things got tricky with the legal process! Millie, and her team including Darcey, are responsive, professional, take our wishes and requests as landlords into consideration and communicate with us in a really friendly and efficient manner. Daisy has been fantastic throughout the letting process. The communication has been clear and she was really proactive in finding tenants and quickly making the necessary steps to secure a contract quickly. Daisy and the team took all the stress and work away from finding tenants and I’d thoroughly recommend using both Daisy and Cooke and Curtis to people in the property market.
