Ethan managed my sale and the whole chain really well. Nothing was too much trouble, he managed everything through the whole process from viewings, negotiations and chasing solicitors throughout the chain. Completely different level of service compared to the 2 estate agents I tried to buy properties through, who didn't seem to care if the chain completed. The seller of my purchase was a complete nightmare and pulled out of 3 purchases, one of which the week of exchange before finally exchanging.
