Lovely little road, but having cats property was a little near the busier road for my liking and opp a pub, but house was lovely very high spec would have been perfect if further down into the road

Lost out on our dream house because the agents didn’t take any of our details when we requested a viewing. Our viewing was cancelled the day before due to a vendor accepting the first offer on a property. I feel if the vendor had known of our position, our viewing could have gone ahead and we would have made an offer.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is shocking. They decided to sell the house we were buying to someone else, but forgot to mention to us that this had occurred. I also received a very mysoginistc phone call from one of their male staff at a very stressful time, where an element of the sale was out of our control. so if I were you, I would avoid them.

Called to arrange a viewing and spent quite a while on the phone as they took down an excessive amount of information and tried to sell unwanted services to me. They never confirmed the viewing or called me back. When I called them they were completely unapologetic. This is why online estate agents are growing in popularity.

We bought our house through John Alexander. The whole process was stressful from start to finish. During the 6 months it took to go through we had no correspondance and were not kept updated. We had to do all the chasing and each time we rang up we spoke to a different member of staff who promised to pass messages on but didn't. When we raised this issue they didn't believe us. We would never use John Alexander again. Be aware.
