We have just successfully sold our house with John Alexander. Our first contact was with Craig, who really put us at ease and provided us with a very fair valuation on our property and really filled us with confidence that we would be able to sell. Sure enough Craig was correct and we sold very quickly with a price that we were more than happy with. Ryan and Amber were also fantastic thought the whole process, coordinating all the visits by prospective buyers and helping us to manage the process through to exchange/completion. Throughout the while process we were very impressed with the communication. Nothing was too much trouble and we were contacted very quickly once we had left a message. We would have no hesitation in recommending John Alexander as an Estate Agents. They are extremely professional, courteous and approachable. Thank you for all your help!

I have recently sold my property through the above Estate Agency and the service has been top notch. They were happy to conduct the viewings, which were mainly done by a wonderful young lady called Amber who was an absolute delight. I have also had an enormous amount of assistance from a young chap called Ryan Downing who has been there on the end of the phone whenever I have a problem. Nothing has been too much for him and he is so polite and cheerful. He is a joy to speak to and always makes me feel better. I don't think I could have gone through this without him. A quick mention for Craig who has been professional from the start and does a great job. Thank you everybody.
