Jackson-Stops and Staff

I recently rented a home from Jackson-Stops. I was supported throughout the process from the onset, from viewing the property, to picking up my keys and moving into a beautiful home. Tom Ridgeway, the Assistant Lettings Manager, made a stressful situation of an impending move seamless and guided me with all steps throughout the process. I would highly recommend Tom and Jackson-Stops. Thank you

My Partner and I recently rented a property in Twickenham and had the pleasure of dealing with Francesca Bradbury from your Teddington Branch. I must say that she is a real credit to your company. Throughout process she was very professional and always gave us correct information and never failed to come back to us with queries that we had raised. Over the years I have dealt with a number of Estate Agents, and this has been by far our best experience. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude - a job well done!! Kind regards Gary & Susan

My wife and I rented a flat in Teddington and we were delighted by the service we received. Tom Ridgeway was fantastic and gave us great advice throughout the process! Highly recommended firm especially in the Tedington area!

Elliot from Jackson Stops in Teddington is everything a good property expert should be; helpful, knowledgeable, astute and realistic. Elliot continually went the extra mile, and helped me secure the property that was top of my list of particular requirements. Highly rated and professional young man.

Tom at Jackson Stops in Teddington has done a fantastic job helping myself and my husband find perfect rental properties in the area. When our original landlord wished to return to his property (which Tom had found for us) Tom was straight on the case and knew exactly what we were looking for and the features we required (e.g being pet friendly for our puppy, Barney). Within a week we had a new place sorted which removed a huge amount of stress and frustration usually experienced when renting properties in London. Tom does not employ the usual pressure tactics we have experienced in the past with other agencies which was a welcome relief. Would happily recommend and would look to him in the future if moving in the area without hesitation

Small estate and management, letting location but staff that really know what's happening in the market. Good advice and helpful clear talking. MP

Elliot and has team were brilliant. Extremely helpful and professional. Very grateful to have had there help!

We gave Tom our details and the characteristics we wanted in a flat and he delivered. He was able to answer our detailed questions and did not apply aggressive sales tactics throughout the experience which was refreshing. Thank you very much for a good flat finding experience.

Great customer service by the lettings team, highly recommended!

Elliot provided great service. Very prompt in getting back to me if needed and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely use Jackson-Stops again!
