Jackson-Stops and Staff

My partner and I had a fantastic experience with Francesca, who helped get our place over the line, and we couldn't be happier

My partner and I have just signed a rental contract with them, and their service so far has been excellent. Everyone we have spoken with at the agency has been incredibly professional. Francesca Bradbury went out of her way to accommodate a couple of last-minute viewings for us, which allowed us to find our ideal place. Mark Birch conducted the viewings, providing us with all the information we needed. He has been extremely professional and responsive, very attentive to our every question, which has reassured us at every step throughout this process. We very much appreciate all their work and support.

Jackson-Stops Teddington have let two properties in the area for me over a number of years. They have always found excellent tenants, with little or no vacant periods and at good market rent. Mark has always provided me with sound, expert and professional advice. Always goes above and beyond. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Sincere compliments are due to Tobias Klomps, of Jackson-Stops Teddington Office. Our company had the sincere honour, and particular privilege of dealing with Tobias, who went above and beyond our general expectations of excellent service delivery. With consistently exemplary and commendable customer service, utmost integrity and professionalism, both on the telephone and in person. Tobias is a sincere credit to this office in particular, and the Property Business in general. Whilst accurately identifying the needs of his clients in a customer interfacing sales environment, going well beyond making sure they provide a top quality service, delivered professionally and successfully, on time, and on budget. The service we have received is continuously pumping credibility into the prestige that your company represents to the business community. Making it appear on the business skyline not simply as established as it is, but infinity nicer to do business with. Thanking you, and very best wishes. Yours sincerely, Ravinder Singh. Mark and the Team at Teddington have been absolutely fantastic with the rental of my property, They are extremely professional and deliver a very high level of service and are very professional . There has always someone on the end of the phone if needed. Excellent level of communication from the office Would highly recommend

This was my only experience of renting a house while I was remote. Mark Birch arranged a video viewing, was clear about the expectations of the landlord, and also accomodated the specific requirements that I had for my rental agreement. Everything from the first viewing to the ultimate signing of the contract was done remotely. The first time I saw the house was when I actually arrived back in England and moved in - and there were no surprises. The whole process was managed very professionally and in a manner that inspired trust. My huge thanks to the team that made it happen.

From Ganesh I never usually write reviews, yet now I feel inclined to do so since I have recently rented a flat through Jackson Stops estate agents in Teddington in which I had a fabulous experience. Alex (Alexander Bassett-Romo) and team (Mark Birch and Lara Hammond) were the friendliest and most honest estate agents I’ve ever encountered to date. I was looking for a property to rent in short notice, and Alex was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and responsive in any communication with me throughout. He kept me up to date on everything and could not have wished for better understanding and service of what I wanted. I will now be moving into a property that I like. I fully recommend Jackson-Stops estate agent to anyone who wishes to deal with a friendly team and give full support to find the right place. Thank you so much Alex and team Ganesh Govinden

This is the third time we have used Jackson Stops in Teddington to manage our property for us while we are overseas. Mark and the team have always found us great tenants and we have confidence in their ability to deal with any issues that occur in our absence. They know the area well and offer the personal touch that is often hard to find these days. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We rented through JSS for 5 years and the whole team has been brilliant throughout. Effective during the reference phase and any matter that required resolve during our tenancy was dealt with swiftly and effectively. Thanks team JSS!
