Jackson-Stops have been our letting agents for around 10 years now, and when push comes to shove, they always step up to the plate. In January our long term tennants of 7 years moved on, and so it was time to give the house some much needed TLC, and of course, find new Tenants! Mark Birch and his team gave us great advice on how to approach sprucing up the house and finding people to do the work (builders, decorators, plumbers, gardeners, kitchen and furnishing designers, locksmith, etc). I really appreciated the no-nonsense and direct approach of the team - it enabled us to get the job done in good time. They also found us some lovely Tenants who really love the house! In short, if I was going to recommend a letting agent, Jackson-Stops would be at the top of my list every time.

Having exchanged on our house in Wandsworth and, not having found a house to buy in the Teddington area but not wanting to lose our purchaser, my wife and I needed a rental home quickly. Generally had a bit of negative experience of letting agents since I moved to London about ten years ago. Thankfully these guys, and Adam in particular, have been by the best. Adam was thoughtful and listened to what I was looking for in a first rental property. His communication was prompt helpful and any issues were resolved without issue. He found times to show me flats that fit with my work schedule and I found a home after two viewings. After some frustrating experiences with other agents this was refreshingly smooth and effective.
