Good service for tenants seeking rental properties

My partner and I have just signed a rental contract with them, and their service so far has been excellent. Everyone we have spoken with at the agency has been incredibly professional. Francesca Bradbury went out of her way to accommodate a couple of last-minute viewings for us, which allowed us to find our ideal place. Mark Birch conducted the viewings, providing us with all the information we needed. He has been extremely professional and responsive, very attentive to our every question, which has reassured us at every step throughout this process. We very much appreciate all their work and support.

This was my only experience of renting a house while I was remote. Mark Birch arranged a video viewing, was clear about the expectations of the landlord, and also accomodated the specific requirements that I had for my rental agreement. Everything from the first viewing to the ultimate signing of the contract was done remotely.
