This was my only experience of renting a house while I was remote. Mark Birch arranged a video viewing, was clear about the expectations of the landlord, and also accomodated the specific requirements that I had for my rental agreement. Everything from the first viewing to the ultimate signing of the contract was done remotely. The first time I saw the house was when I actually arrived back in England and moved in - and there were no surprises. The whole process was managed very professionally and in a manner that inspired trust. My huge thanks to the team that made it happen.
