Jackson-Stops and Staff

We are at the beginning of a rental agreement with Jackson Stops Teddington and so far we are happy with the service we received. Everyone has been very professional and attentive, from the first contact with Mark Birch regarding Francesca's service. Francesca helped me with everything I needed. She is very kind, caring and professional, returning emails quickly. I am happy and grateful to have had her help in the process of renting the property. Thank you so much, Francesca!

I happened across JS through a leaflet posted through my door about 2 years ago. I then engaged Mark and his team to give me an idea of rent and sell potential. …

I have been working with Jackson Stops for over 7 years. They have always found good tenants for us, which I think is the most important factor for a landlord. Their fees are reasonable. There is a strong personal relationship with the team which I appreciate very much. I would strongly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We rented a property through Jackson-Stops in Richmond - Cody was very helpful, responsive, and efficient in securing the property and completing the required checks. I think it took a week from offer to completing the rental process - which was unheard of compared to our previous rentals. Would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I recently had a flat rental fall through last minute and luckily ended up renting through Jackson-Stops in Richmond who found me a better flat than the one I was meant to move into! I received great help from Jade who placed me in a new property within a week. She was incredibly understanding, helpful and professional, the whole process was fairly easy, I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to rent!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Fantastic service from Mark Birch and his team at Jackson-Stops. I have used them for over two years and they never disappoint. They are a pleasure to work with for letting out your property.

Made contact with estate agents after viewing a property online. Made contact with Adam who immediately arranged a viewing for me later that day. He met me at the property and then helped me through the process of renting with Great professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. Will definitely contact Adam again in the future to utilise his skills and knowledge.

Francesca has been fantastic supporting our property search and following up promptly. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Efficient, professional and friendly service in finding me tenants over a number of years. Adam Cunnington kept me well informed and was quick and helpful in response to queries.

Called into the office for some sales & lettings advice and both teams were extremely helpful! Thank you Jackson
