Spoke with Alex about the renewal of our tenancy when the existing tenancy had expired. Found Alex to be proactive, helpful and professional, and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend contacting Alex and the team in Jackson-Stops if you are a landlord looking to relet or a tenant looking for the right property.

I based my review upon a misunderstanding and have had my query dealt with quickly and efficiently by Tom. Much appreciated, have had bad experiences in the past with estate agents (as a single mother tenant) and was too quick to judge. Thank you for your help 🙏 …
