Richard James and their staff have been consistently very helpful and reliable in the way they care for our property and keep us informed. If there has been a chaang in tennancy they have found a new reliable tennant quickly and efficiently. Like wise if there are ever any maintence issues we can rely on the staff of Richard James to get it fixed for us.

Excellent support during our tenancy and in check out with Sarah Taylor however, their accounts consistently get contract details wrong which meant we had to (successfully) dispute charges twice during the tenancy against rent increases.

This was my first time moving into a rented property using this estate agent. I worked closed with Lisa Richards who has continuously been helpful and has answered many of my questions. Move in was simple and detailed advice was given. My only recommendation would be for smoother hand over with details of where to find gas, electric & water meters and information on how to access these areas if they are not obvious.
