Having tried a couple of local estate agents with ‘so say’ local knowledge – we had no joy and not a single viewing. Unlike other agents, Yasmin did not try to force us into buying additional photography services or give us all the sales talk, we had an honest conversation and went straight to market. To put this into context, by the time Yasmin sold our property we had received 5 viewings from Richard James, and only 1 viewing from another new agent we appointed at the same time - which turned out to be unqualified and a complete waste of time.
