Absolutely amazing service from all here at the Swindon North branch of Richard James. As a first time buyer the process can be fairly daunting however the staff here made it a completely stress free experience even under the time pressure of having to complete before Christmas. Special mention to Antony Salter who provided top class customer service right through from when I first viewed the property to the day it was completing. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and informative throughout and made my first experience of buying a home enjoyable. He truly is an asset to the company. Great service from North Swindon Richard James. Proactive, responsive and empathetic to my situation and requirements with the purchase of my new property (Antony). Has been a surprisingly enjoyable experience dealing with them which is contrasting to other agents who are dealing with my house selling. Would have preferred them to do both sell and buy. Great service. Recommended.

Cannot recommend Richard James enough to assist with selling your property. My property was actually sold twice (first one pulled out) both selling within a week of going on the market. I had many a hiccup along the way (none caused by Richard James) but everytime I was kept in the loop and they were happy to chase solicitors to push the sale forwards. Hayley from the after sales team and Jordan from the North Swindon branch were both very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I even had a special phone call to congratulate myself and my partner on the birth of our son :) I would not hesitate to use Richard James again if I needed to sell in the future.
