My property had been on the market for a whole year due to previous buyers pulling out. Richard James had a constant stream of viewings and during the process, took new photography to make it look like a new property listing as it had been on for such a long time. Throughout this time Anthony and Yasmin always made me feel calm and more up beat about the whole thing. Without having Anthony to cheer me up, I might well have had a breakdown at times. He is really good with both the seller and the buyers, they all seemed to like him too. No stereotypical estate agents script. People buy from people and they bought into him as much as my flat.

Richard James assigned Hayley from the completions team to look after the purchase of my property. I was really impressed with how Hayley communication throughout the whole process, she couldn't do enough to help. Circumstances outside of Hayley's control made it a challenging purchase but she stayed calm and guided me through the process. This was invaluable given that I was a first time buyer.
