One of the constants in an otherwise topsy-turvy year has been the speed and quality of service from the property management staff at Richard James. Despite some tradesmen going out of business and others being snowed under they have managed to locate good contractors and kept my properties sound. They have innovated with a new rental insurance scheme that adds to their offering. Finally, sitting doing my accounts at the turn of the year, I find I have mislaid a couple of rental statement so I e-mail the lettings finance administrator - Delrae Yon - for copies and get them by return of mail. Just brilliant!
