Thanks Richard James team, encountered the change of the landlord and a serious of bad things, which made me have to find a new rent to move in within one week. So I found Richard James directly since I think they are the only one to make it possible. and they made it and helps me getting through the rush moving. Richard James will be the first name in my mind in my future rent or procurement agent to look for.

We have been tenants for a month now and so far, so good. Thanks to Charlotte Edwards, Tenancy Manager, the handover was straightforward and there was sufficient information in the tenancy pack to for us to get up and running. I had to hunt around online to get full details of the heating controls and refuse collection that was pretty easy. A couple of problems we had with a kitchen appliance and plumbing have been dealt with quickly and efficiently using the online tool for problem reporting.
