We chose Richard to help us with the sale of a property following a family bereavement. He gave us a well informed valuation and marketing strategy with useful tips on preparing the house for viewings. Once appointed he was very prompt and efficient getting the property to market, and always behaved sensitively given the circumstances of the sale. We had a great experience with Richard as the agent for our first home purchase. He facilitated multiple meetings and surveys etc with the sellers, nothing was ever too much of an ask. Most importantly he always kept us updated, even if no progress was made in the early stages, he did a check in call with me every few days. Sadly we had some unexpected delays on our side, but he never made us feel like we were at fault although the sellers were clearly frustrated.
