Richard is extremely friendly, approachable, informative and honest which is most refreshing and makes the process of selling your house as stress-free as possible (which is hard)! No matter what time of the day or night I had a question, Richard would always respond promptly and go the extra mile to follow up if necessary. He also made viewings line up on days that suited me, instead of his busy schedule, and communicated them to me almost instantaneously. He took into consideration every request I had and never forgot to inform me along the way. Even towards the later stages of completion, when required to be the 'go between' I received the same service; quick responses and open communication. I could not have asked for any more!
