I would highly recommend Richard at Myles Byron to anyone looking for a no-nonsense, reliable, trustworthy and experienced estate agent in or around the Swindon area. We sold our 3-bed detached property in Grange Park within a matter of days of the house going on the market, and for well over asking price. Our property was severely undervalued by another estate agent who have a high market share in Swindon, whereas Richard gave a more ambitious valuation and managed to sell the house for even more than that! The listing itself was professionally done with great photos and included all the key features of the property. Richard's communication was excellent throughout and we're extremely grateful for the way he diligently kept us updated, when solicitors failed to do so. Overall, great service and value for money!
