Richard is a dream maker! Things didn't run smoothly nothing to do with him though. He sold our house within six days! Amazing. Sold a property with Richard, great contact and transparent with both sides. There is always a bit of negotiation on the sales side which Richard help me with so was great to get advice. Richard communicated really well and was very accommodating and patient for my visits, giving me plenty of time and space but also being on hand to answer questions as needed. He was also very available outside of visits which I greatly appreciated.
