After our initial conversation, Richard came to see us at very short notice, which was particularly helpful. He outlined the entire selling process, the current state of the market, and produced a valuation which we were happy with. His rates are very reasonable. His plan for marketing was clever, and we were sale agreed on day 2. Our buyer had some difficulties with finance, so the sale took longer than we were expecting, but Richard made sure to keep us up to date, right up to exchange and completion. Richard is diligent, honest, and expert. I can recommend him unhesitatingly.
