Well what can I say. As part of the sales process I used two well known estate agents and was recommended Miles Byron through a family friend. All I can say is I’m so glad I found Miles Byron. Richard (I still go to call him Miles 😊) was absolutely brilliant. You can see from his passion and work ethic he genuinely loves what he does and will always work to get the best (and realistic) result for you. I had a few queries that were slightly out of his job role but he was always there to ask questions and provide advice. They say moving is one of the most stressful things, I’m glad I had Richard to help me along, get me a good deal and just be there to vent to sometimes. Richard sold my house for me, exchanged contracts yesterday! His valuation was spot on, and within 3 days he had arranged 4 or 5 viewing and we accepted an offer (over asking price) from one of them. The legal process throughout can be painful, Richard has guided us through, giving the buyer a nudge when needed to keep things moving. He’s very knowledgeable and aware of the market, a really nice guy you’d like to buy a house off or deal with generally, nothing was too much for him to do, including checking on the house as it was empty, putting the heating on to avoid burst pipes etc. I’d recommend Miles Byron in an instant. There's lots of estate agents out there to pick from but you'll be crazy not to choose Richard at Miles Byron. Richard sold one of our houses, above asking price, before it was even on Rightmove. Our second house, he again sold it above asking price. In about two weeks! He vetted the buyers throughly so both sales went straight through to completion.
