I was in contact with Belvoir lettings last year for a possible letting options in Swindon when I was in Sri Lanka. Their response was very quick and helped me get what I required. I appreciate the help and the customer service of Ms.Poppy who did a splendid job of getting the letting arranged for us. Her involvement was a great relief for us since we arrived in extreme winter with a three year old. I would recommend her for any future lettings contracts.

As a tenant you normally can find no one worse. They fail to ever reply or fix issues and block any contact with the landlords themselves. However in fairness on this one occasion I finally got a callback! Huzzah

2 stars because they are always friendly and polite. Unfortunately that doesn't help when no one ever calls you back after promising to do so and you have to call them multiple times until you get the information you want/need.

Having reviewed all your correspondence and fully answering your complaint back in December 2023 I am satisfied that every effort was made by all parties to try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible and that reasonable efforts were made to keep you updated. I am also satisfied that appropriate and qualified contractors were instructed. Whilst we would always like for any issues to be fixed immediately, unfortunately due to the availability of contractors this is not always possible and unfortunately this particular situation was not helped by the fact that on the original visit the engineer as not able to fully resolve the issue and that a specific part would need to be ordered. We do appreciate that this was far from an ideal scenario and caused disruption however we are not in agreement that either Belvoir or the landlord added to, or, caused delays through any action or inaction. Our services are continually under review and we aim to minimise disruption to tenants when maintenance issues arise. We will continue to review processes internally and look to make improvements wherever possible. Warmest regards Kerry Smith

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my whole life. Definitely I was interested the property might be I go up to asking price but unfortunately poor response from agent I have to say I miss the lovely property. To be honest I would not recommend for anyone . Please improve customer service in first place.

Thank you for your review Raj, however as mentioned in our email to you on the 27th February (your viewing was on the 26th) the landlord decided to not proceed with yourselves. This was clearly communicated to you 24 hours after you had viewed the property, whilst we understand you are disappointed that you were not successful in letting the property there was no delay in communicating this to you our high customer service levels were met. I wish you all the success in securing a property in the near future. Thank you
