Thank you for your review Raj, however as mentioned in our email to you on the 27th February (your viewing was on the 26th) the landlord decided to not proceed with yourselves. This was clearly communicated to you 24 hours after you had viewed the property, whilst we understand you are disappointed that you were not successful in letting the property there was no delay in communicating this to you our high customer service levels were met.
