Poppy has been absolutely brilliant conducting our move. Her positive, bubbly attitude on the viewing made it so enjoying and she really made us feel comfortable despite our previous bad experience with another company. Poppy was so helpful and catered our every need. Even the small niggly ones. She was efficient in her timing for sending paperwork and communicating. Belvoir as a company have been so reassuring. The paperwork that we filled out and signed made us feel confident and happy. We feel that the whole dealings and process of Belvoir is outstanding and I would 100% recommend to a friend. The prices are very competitive compared to other agents in the area but the service they provide is VIP worthy. I can't praise enough. Should we ever want to leave this house, we would definitely use Belvoir again. P.S Give that girl a pay rise.
