Felt like family, getting the best price for us and not just closing a deal to get commission. Their communication skills were exceptional and the service was 1st class and more. Can not recommend the team enough. Tom was a legend answering queries immediately , even gone 8pm! Robert was very professional listening to our needs and understanding how we wanted to market the property. I’ve dealt with a lot of agent across south wales but this service was something else!

This was my first time selling a house so I was a little worried given how stressful I had heard it could be. Rhys and the team at Smiths made it incredibly easy though. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, they were great at working around my schedule and Rhys was always available to answer my (many) questions.
