He responded helpfully to all my questions, showing a good knowledge of the property and the grounds. Wow...this is refreshing! We have been dealing with Janine Theunissen who is our sales negotiator, Her professional attitude is a credit to Smith’s and with this company they actually do what they say, which is deliver outstanding service. Nothing is too much trouble, Janine constantly updates you, she calls you when she says She will and has accurate updates. I would also add that this company treat customers as valued clients not just another number, you are made to feel valued. Keep it up, and we will definitely recommend and utilise your service again. I've bought a couple of properties through Smiths and had Ben Woods as the estate agent both times. He was excellent throughout both of the purchases, extremely professional and on the ball. Daf has been an excellent adviser, guide and seller throughout the process of selling our family's home. He discussed his strategy with us first in person, and brought our property to a UK market with outstanding professionalism and enthusiasm. He has been able to give us level headed, knowledgeable advice during an unfamiliar process to us which has helped us frame and make our own decisions. And throughout he, and the team at Smiths, has been there, liasing with potential buyers and getting in touch when necessary to facilitate the sale of our property. Definitely the best estate agents I've ever dealt with. They are totally streets ahead of the competition. They are so professional. Rhys, Ben, Hywel and Emma are amazing. They care about the properties they sell, know so much about the properties they sell and often give open & honest advice. If I ever sell my property these will be the only people I will use. Smiths Estate agents are fantastic. We recently marketed our property with Smiths after being unsuccessful at selling with another agent! We were impressed with their high quality marketing and their eye for detail, theres definitely a different quality with these guys. They have a unique marketing strategy and this really stands out from what others are offering in the area. All the team are committed! We were lucky enough to get to know most of the team, we found them all to be very professional and extremely helpful, they go out of there way to make you feel at ease and relaxed in a process that can be stressful. I was often reassured and made to feel at ease when I had moving anxiety there was always someone available to calm me down and call me back. Without this Incredible team I’m sure I would of not sold my house as smoothly as we did. We also achieved over the asking price thanks to some great negotiation skills from Robert! on the flip side this also did us well when we found the house we ended up buying through smiths.
