This was my first time selling a house so I was a little worried given how stressful I had heard it could be. Rhys and the team at Smiths made it incredibly easy though. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, they were great at working around my schedule and Rhys was always available to answer my (many) questions. Rhys and the team were also great at getting my property out into the market - I hadn't realised how many different ways a house could be advertised so I'm definitely glad I used a tech savvy estate agent.
