I had used Smiths Estate agents over 10 years ago. When the time came to sell our property I knew only one agent would be suitable and they did not disappoint. Felt like family, getting the best price for us and not just closing a deal to get commission. Their communication skills were exceptional and the service was 1st class and more. Can not recommend the team enough. Tom was a legend answering queries immediately , even gone 8pm! Robert was very professional listening to our needs and understanding how we wanted to market the property. I’ve dealt with a lot of agent across south wales but this service was something else!
