I was very impressed with the service that Smiths provided. There was definitely a personal touch and I felt that I was supported right through the process. There was a delay in proceedings because of an issue that I had with my bank but Smiths handled it with patience and understanding until the sale was completed. Tom traveled a distance to personally deliver the keys to a friend who was looking after my house - this was much appreciated! Overall, I was impressed and I would definitely use Smiths again.
