Moved agents to Smiths Homes in early December 2021. Dafydd Spear was assigned to look after the sale and he was amazing. Despite the time of year, we had more viewings in 6 weeks than we'd had with the previous agent in 4 months, an offer within 3 weeks and a final offer accepted mid January. We got informative feedback from the viewings and were able to have group discussions with Dafydd on WhattsApp. This ensured that my sisters and I were all kept in the loop directly, could ask any questions and could all discuss matters directly with Dafydd when decisions needed to be made. It didn't stop there, Dafydd continued to work with us right through to completion. He liaised with the solicitors and ensured we knew what was happening and advised if there was anything we needed to do. In the past year of house viewings we’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents, many of which could barely be bothered to call us half the time and we felt passed from pillar to post speaking to a different agent each time we called. A fairly low bar, but Dafs at Smiths could not be more different. He listened to what we were looking for and was hard-working, friendly, responsive, and helpful in alerting us to suitable properties.
